By accessing and using Shifumobile's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
Shifumobile offers technology consulting services, corporate mobile communication infrastructure auditing, distributed data management platform optimization, corporate network information security courses, IT workflow automation, and corporate connectivity cost control. All services are provided on demand and according to the specific conditions agreed upon in writing.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper provision of services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access.
Shifumobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Shifumobile's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months. The services are provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
All content, educational materials, reports, and tools provided by Shifumobile are the exclusive property of the company. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without prior written authorization.
Prices and payment conditions are specified in the corresponding commercial proposal or invoice. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be made. Shifumobile reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. Shifumobile may terminate the service immediately if the user breaches these terms. Upon termination, the user must cease using the platform and return any confidential material.
Shifumobile reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
